Frequently Asked Questions

What are your methods of payment?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We also accept debit, FSA, and HSA cards. Your card on file will be charged after the end of each session.

Do you accept insurance?

I am “out of network” with insurance providers. This means your insurance provider may reimburse a portion of your costs if you file a claim. I am able to provide a “Superbill” that you may submit to your insurance company.

What is your cancellation policy?

All appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance or the full fee will be charged to the credit card on file. Of course there are extenuating circumstances, and we will work with you.
